The Project Manager has the ultimate responsibility for all aspects of the building project.

In this role, we must ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. We liaise with the client and trades people to plan all aspects of the build and monitor the progress of the project.

Planning entails defining and timing each phase of the build so the work can be done within the project timeline without compromising quality or safety.

It also includes organizing all the resources required including staffing, tools, amenities and the building materials.
